The Circle:  Supporting Leaders in Workspaces & The Community- Second Tuesday of each month from 11:45-12:45pmCST-Virtual/Online

At mannah culture, we know that leadership comes with unique pressures — even more so if you are navigating your “neurospicy” or mental health. Too often, those who lead and support others are left without a circle of support for themselves.  The Circle is a confidential, judgment-free virtual space created just for leaders. It’s a place to pause, reflect, connect, and remind yourself that you’re not alone in this work. Bring your lunch, your perspective, and your whole self***Please note this group circle is limited to those in a leadership position in a work and/or community space and confidentiality is paramount***

~Together, we grow~

What is mannah culture? Mannah culture is, at its heart, a culture of community. It’s about showing up with support, hope, growth, and empathy—even in the toughest seasons. We believe in the power of uplifting one another and in embracing a whole-person philosophy that values both personal and professional well-being.

Rooted in a passion for mental health and wellness, our team brings together experience, creativity, and care to help individuals and organizations thrive. Through training, workshops, peer support, wellness groups, speakers, workspace consulting, and Mental Health First Aid Certifications, we provide tools and spaces that foster resilience, connection, and growth.

We get asked...why the Monstera Leaf?

Our Monstera leaf logo is more than a design—it’s a reflection of who we are. The Monstera symbolizes abundance, resilience, and transformation. Its unique openings, or fenestrations, remind us of the beauty of evolving over time—that growth often comes through change, and that becoming more open leads to deeper connection. Even in challenging conditions, the Monstera continues to thrive, embodying hope and the promise of new possibilities.

At mannah culture, this symbolism mirrors the work we do in community. We believe people flourish when supported and encouraged to grow. Like the Monstera, each person’s journey may look different, but together we can create spaces where wellness, belonging, and connection take root—honoring individual growth while thriving as a community.
