What is mannah culture? Mannah culture is a culture of support, hope, growth, and learning...even during the toughest times. We believe in the value of supporting each other and embracing a whole person philosophy in our work and life spaces. At mannah culture, we are passionate about mental health and wellness. Our dedicated team provides a range of services, including group support, workspace consulting, speaking engagements, training, workshops, and Mental Health First Aid Certifications, to empower individuals to lead healthier lives.

The Team
Courtney Cohen Zubow, CPS
Partner & Director of Learning

Courtney is a seasoned trauma informed human services professional with a passion for training, servant leadership, mental health, and has a dynamic, intuitive approach to her work. Courtney enjoys using creative strategy to solve problems and she thrives in supporting diverse teams and excels in fostering mutual growth. Her expertise spans adult learning, virtual and in-person training, mental health, workforce development, public benefit administration & policy, drug and alcohol(AODA) prevention, and working with adjudicated clients. Courtney is also a Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and a Peer Specialist Supervisor. This broad background enables her to approach each individual and situation with a comprehensive, "whole person" perspective. Courtney's LinkedIn profile can be found here
